Avanti Holdings, LLC is hiring a Studio Manager for our Orangetheory Fitness studio in New Braunfels, TX!

We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven leader who is passionate about fitness, people, and creating an amazing member experience. As Studio Manager, you will lead daily studio operations, support and motivate the sales team, drive membership growth, and help create the welcoming, close-knit environment Orangetheory is known for.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, building relationships, hitting goals, and being part of a fast-paced fitness community.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day studio operations
Drive membership sales, promotions, and studio performance
Coach, train, and support team members
Create a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests
Handle member questions and concerns professionally
Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and organization
Review reports, sales data, and KPIs to identify opportunities
Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and team accountability

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred
Sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership-based experience preferred
Previous Orangetheory Fitness or health and wellness experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive, energetic, and passionate about health and fitness
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on studio needs

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
